Dear MES Members,
Michigan Economics Society Tutoring Program for the Winter 2008 Semester is under way!
To gain proficiency, one must be exposed to the same material at least
three times.
The first time is in lecture...
second in discussion...
...and you can be exposed a third time in our facilitated tutoring
program! Starting this Sunday, your Michigan Economics Society (MES)
will once again be offering facilitated study sessions for MES Members
in Econ 101, Econ 102/402, and Econ 401. The study sessions are founded
on group work. In other words, you and other economics students will
meet and work together on homework problems or quiz questions. At the
same time, you will be supervised by our qualified tutors who will help
you with your homework and conceptual questions. It's a great way to
meet new people from class and learn more about the "world of
economics." And even if you're not a member, you can attend your first
two sessions absolutely FREE! SO BRING YOU FRIENDS! Don't miss out!
